sir/madam, I neeraj sidana place an order of two printer on 10 march 2014 and on 12 march 2014 . My order no. is 100016630 and other one is 100017129 . i have place this order all most 2 month ago but they do not respond me norther time. i have call them very time they do not pick up my phone. one time they pick my phon. that time is say for the refund my amount to my acc. i have also say that that if u donot refund my amount i will do compliant of that but they do not take any action yet. I hope u will under stand my fillings and resolve my complaint as soon as. thank u
