Dear Sir/Mam I am IDEA postpaid customer and i want to port out from IDEA to AIRTEL and for the same i raised a PORT out request and submitted the documents to AIRTEL and also paid all dues to IDEA so that i will not face any issue in PORT OUT. After few days i received SMS that “Your number could not be port due to contractual obligation.” so i want to clear one thing to IDEA that i have not signed any contractual document while taking connection with IDEA then also they are making fake reason so that customer could not be port out from their network. And if they are saying that i have signed then show me a original document copy because i know i have not signed any contractual document so please allow me to PORT OUT from IDEA to AIRTEL and remove any contractual obligation because i have signed any such document in IDEA.
