I had ordered a Wrangler Shoes & Metal Watch. And a pair of 6 t-shirts from www.whaaky.co.in on 23-03-2014 by making a payment of Rs.1798 with my icici bank credit card. On their website they had mentioned that I will receive the products within 14 days. On 10th April I sent them an email stating I did not receive any products from their end and I requested them to deliver the products or refund me the money which they have failed to do till now. Please help me with my situation.
I either want www.whaaky.co.in to send me the products promised or refund me my amount.
