on 19/04/2014 i had booked a car wogner lx1 with a amount of 10,000 to auto hi-tech pvt.ltd at 97a dr. meghnad saha sarani , kolkata -700029 . my loan was not been able to done as far my income criteria .now when i asked refund of the same the man mr. debojit nag( employee of auto hi -tech ) had said i shall be charged for cancellation of loan , but here i was not been informed the same. they had misguided me and as a lay man i had to rely on them , i a middle class man wanted to take a car and am been cheated . please help me as i am helpless.
