Airtel – connection delay poor repsonse

It has been more than 3weeks now and I am continuously following up with Airtel to activate one of my airtel number which I am using since past 8 years and hence that number is very important for me regarding job purpose. We have done all the verification process, also we have submitted document twice but still we are not sure why staff is not uploading our documents. When we visit their lokhandwala gallery they say that they will upload the documents and within 4 hours it will be activated. However, post 2 weeks also it has not been activated. They have cut down all the services. It would be very helpful if you can help me with this issue as we are really tired of doing this follow ups. Also, the way the gallery staff is treating customer is very rude which is not expected from them as they are service providers and not the customers. Also, when I had spoken to customer care they did not give me any resolution evenafter talking to their supervisors. If you can help in this matter then it would really be very helpful. Thank you in advance.

Please ask them to activate our card without being followed up as it is not possible for us to visit gallery again and again.
