registered a complaints regarding heavy leakage in the flat due to unauthorised alteration done in the other flats. Complaint no 0721648202 dated 08/08/2013. First reminder for the complaint registered on 25/10/2013 second reminder registered with the same office on 09/03 2014 which is still pending with the office of assistant engineer Building and factory department S ward.No action has been initiated till date

the leakage has caused irreparable damage to the furniture and is now taking its toll by causing health hazards on the children(infants and toddlers) and other members of family residing in the flat. Due to dampness the dwelling has become inhabitable
