booked a parcel to be sent to Hissar from Delhi on 16/04/2014 which weighted 1 kg and was rs 70 for the same and was given a delivery time of 3 days.But the parcel has not yet reached the destination even after 16 days.there is no one to redress the problem. every time i go the office of the courier company in delhi they tell me the delay is from the other side i.e. hissar office and they cannot do anything.when i called at hissar office they said the delivery boy was not entertained at the receiving end but the delivery man did not call back informing the non delivery of the parcel.After this incident when i called again they showed no interest even in listening to me.every time i call they just ask the details of the consignee and ask me to wait and then cut the call.

the parcel to be sent to the destination at the earliest and a heavy fine to be imposed on the company so as no one else gets harassed by the company.
