I ordered bitdefender total security 2014 but i got toital security 2013 so once i claim for change they send me other but it is also same like first total security 2013 and price is also less then i paid first so i claim for refund at 9th may but still no any progress and when i call they only reply we will do as soon as possible thy don’t do any thing

i want a total refund as well as other expenses happen dew to them wrong product like call,laptop repairing. please do some thing not only for me but all same problem happen like me with snapdeal. order them to do within proper time period no like as soon as possible.
