Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to bring in your kind notice that one merchant “Trinity Interior Solutions” from whom I have taken the service for my kitchen interior. He told the whole interior will cost me 42000 for that he took 25000advance and asked me to pay 2 months PDC after completion of his work. He had just completed his 75% of work and there are damage and even he had not given drip tray and oil basket and now he is demanding money and saying that he dont wanna PDCs. Neither he is finishing his work nor giving us bill, he had just mentioned in his letter head that he had taken 25000/-advance from me. He is every time telling new stories and neither picking the call nor calling me back and nor ready to finish the work. Kindly do the needful. I want he should finish his work as soon as possible with full replacement of damaged products and also provide us all genuine oil baskets,glass stand, membrane sheets for two cabinets,drip tray and steel hooks. He should provide us valid bill without any extra charge and give us the warranty/guarantee for his product.He should finish his work as per his commitments and should not force us to pay cash as he agreed for PDCs for May and June months.
