I was admitted due to an emergency chest Pain in Fortis Escorts, Okhla, New Delhi on 14th Dec 2013 and I applied for reimbursement purpose, but still i am awaiting reply form Maxbupa health Insurance Claim Department, Nobody are there replying to me proper response on customer care toll free no : 180030103333 and yet not updated on MaxBupa Website Claim process and tracking. I (Mahipat Singh), purchased online MaxBupa Heartbeat Silver Health Insurance plan of 3 Lacs from policybazaar.com website in year 2012. My Customer Id 0000101355, Policy No : 30084260201301. I (Mahipat Singh, Patient) was admitted in FortisEscorts, Okhala, New Delhi on 14th December 2013 due to suddnly CHEST pain and hospitalized there from 14th Dec 2013 to 17th Dec 2013, and Maxbupa denied to give me cashless facility on my policy. I have tried many time and gave satisfactory answered, but they not accepted it, From there side nobady from Investigator/Auditor team was visited. I paid my hospital bill of . Rs 45906/- (Rupees forty five thousand Nine Hundred six Only) by my Credit Card. Now I applied for Mediclaim with all ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS along with filled Claim form signed by me and my treating doctors from that hospital and send these document by Speed Post vide no : EH341723514IN dt 18/12/2013 time 12:05:33, Place : FARIDABAD SECTOR 18 S.O, and it was delivered at MaxBupa office, B-1/I-2, Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate, Mathura road, New Delhi on 19th December 2013 Time :17:27:00. Now My claim has beed denied by MaxBupa and I wrote Many times to Customer Support Sr. Manager, they not considered on my matter. I also called to Policybazaar.com customer support executive, he told me to try send email and call to MaxBupa only. Please help me in this matter to settle my medicliam.
