Dear Sir, Several requests, verbally, telephonically and writtn were made with Voltas Company’s Customer Care No 18004254555 dated 08.04.2014 for serviceing of 2 split Voltas ACs under warranty period (Request Nos: 14040807752 & 14040807765) installed at my residence A-858, Sanjay Vihar, Avas Vikas Colony, Hapur- 245101. Three remainders dated 13.04.2014, 16.04.2014 and 21.04.2014 were issued on same customer care No. On last remainder I was told to cotact technician myself. On contact, technician (M/S Universal Applications, Hapur) fixed 26.04.2014 (Saturday) to provide service butdid not turn up. All efforts went on vanish. The complaint has also been submitted on company’s website on 29.04.2014 but still no response either from the company or techician. One free sevice has been lapsed on account of company in the same manner, while secondone too is likely to be lapsed. Not providing services in time is breach of trust, negligence and misconduct on the part of voltas company. I therefore, request you to take proper action against the said company and due compansation on mental harrasment and direct to provide service in time.
