Sir, Recently i have ordered the “AquafitAQ128A Orbitrek Cycle with 4 Handles” from snapdeal they have delivered “AquafitAQ128A Orbitrek Cycle with 2 Handles”. As and when i received the wrong product i raised the complaint to snap deal to take it back. I have provided the ABP number ” 501476590″ of gati courier services on Feb23-2014. It is delivered to snap deal on 3-Apr-2014 and gave a stamp as received the product.Now snapdeal is saying they have not recieved the product so we cannot refund the money now wait for more days.
