Respected Sir/Madam, Namasthe. I am a freelance translator in English and Telugu Language Pair. And I reside in Hyderabad. One translation agency from Bangalore contacted me through e-mail for translation of few documents from English to Telugu. They agreed to pay Rs.0.70/- per word. if typing is involved using ttf fonts, the rate was fixed to Rs.0.75. They sent me the works from February 23,2014 to March 18,2014 The total Words translated were – 29765 Retyped 27 pages at the rate of Rs.30/- per page. The amount due to be paid is Rs.22,535/- In spite of many requests through e-mail, they are not responding me. One lady by name Ms. Athiti called me twice or thrice to enquire about the work. But they never replied to my call on the same number i.e. 919916876xxx and the mobile is switched off from couple of days.There e-mail Id is translators@anuvad.co.in How can I file a complaint to get my money. Please suggest me appropriately.
