I have purchased SAMSUNG AC (serial number AR18HV5DAWKNNA) from CROMA store on 29/03/2014 and my AC was installed on 01/04/2014 in my home by SAMSUNG technician based on my request (SAMSUNG request number 4171180708 and the AC is not working from 10/5/2014 and I have registered 3 complaints with SAMSUNG and till now my problem not resolved. Even though I have escalated this issue to the highest level, the issue not resolved by the SAMSUNG team. At this peak summer time my newly bought AC is not working form more than 10 days and till now there is no solution provided by SAMSUNG team. We here by request you to get us justice & a compensation of Rs.15,000/- for the mental agony & suffering caused due to newly bought AC not working for more than 10 days.
