I had bought an ac on June’ 2011 from M/s Baria electronics udhampur. On the very first free service the R22 gas was leaked from the compressor, then the R22-gas was filled by the technician free of cost. The, next year the gas again Leaked then I again filled the same by spending Rs2000 from my savings then again in 2013 the gas again exhausted and I again filled up the same. During this course of time I continuously in contact with your customer care but no help was provided to me and I continuously spending my savings to on an Ac which was manufactured by one of the great company the TATA. Sorry to say but if this is way your company treats the customers then for sure it will be disappear in the long run from market. Moreover, this year I again filled R22 gas in the AC and your technician have assured me that it will not leak again. But, to my surprise it leaked in just 2-days after it gets filled. For your information, this is to inform you that I have kept all the bills with me right from the free service to the R-22 gas last filled by your company and if quick action is not taken in this regards then I definitely going to sue your company in the court of law for the sufferings I have been gone through from last 3 years. By doing this you are spoiling the Image of a Man behind TATA Sh. Ratan Tata ji. Hope you will act on this with immediate effect and act accordingly and sole my problem by replacing the unit as it is in under warranty. Regards, Amit Dubey Hopeless customer of TATA
