I have purchased LG semiautomatic washing machine 2 year ago.now a problem arise in washing machine it gives electric shocks /current if somebody touch the machine.today (19/05/2014) i went to LG showroom for complaint for repair.The person in showroom decline to registered the complaint gives irrelevant reasons talked very rudely.The customer service is very bad at the particular center, I also complaint LG customer care but they didn’t take any action against that person.

I just want repair my washing machine & action against that person because this is totally against the customer service.
