LG refrigerator – door lock was not functioning poor service

The problem started from the day one, I purchased the refrigerator on 04.04.2010 from M/s Kay Dee Electronics (NOIDA-UP). When the person from LG visited for demonstration, it was observed that the door lock was not functioning since the lock & slot were mismatched completely. The person tried to resolve the issue but could not succeed. He finally told me that the service center people shall resolve the problem. After continuous follow up the person from service center came up with solution i.e “Prepared edge with knife to fit in the slot anyhow.”I was completely shocked with the way the LG people treated the event. After sometimes I realized that the cooling is not proper. I made a complaint to customer care on 08.07.2011 regarding the problem. The service center visited and rectified the problem with gas charging. I was little satisfied, as I didn’t have to pay any amount, being the product in the warranty period. After few months of working the problem again came and I made a complaint on 10.10.2011 for the same. Again the problem got resolved by charging the gas again. I was sill satisfied as I didn’t have to pay any amount, being the product in the warranty period. With above both incidents I failed to understand that how many times the problem shall be faced even if it is in warranty period. The warrant period simply does not mean that the problem can be faced no. of times within warranty period. After few months of operation, it was again, I faced the same problem (i.e. Improper cooling). Initially I did not pay any attention to this problem. But the situation became worse, I made a complaint on 03.07.2013 vide ref. no. RNA130703054058. The person from LG visited the same and suggested the gas charging on chargeable basis as the product is out of warranty. I verbally put forth my above points and told that the this is third time that I am facing the same problem. I was told that this time the gas charging shall be done properly and you will not face problem anymore. This time person from LG attended the problem in same manner(i.e gas charging) and told me to put refrigerator on trial for 3-4 days. After 3-4 days the same problem came again I called up the person again. Then the refrigerator taken to the workshop on 10/07/2013 for extensive repair & gas charging etc. Also on 24/09/2013 ,thermostat got replaced on chargeable basis due to excessive cooling. After few month of working, I faced this very much recurring problem again and I made a complaint (Ref-RNA1404200062830) on 20/04/2014.the LG person inspected the problem and suggested for gas charging. I put my views regarding this recurring problem. He didn’t have any answer other than gas charging. After few days I i received a SMS on 25/04/2014 from LG care, stating that my complaint (Ref- RNA1404200062830) is closed. I escalated this problem to LG service center through e-mail (Communication attached for ready reference). But LG did not put any attention to my e-mail
