I had disconneted Tikona connection and an company representative, can and picked up the final settlement check and their router. To close the matter I took in writing from the company employee that I don’t have any due along with taking a copy of his ID card. After 3 months I started getting calls from Lawyers in Delhi that I havn t done the final settlement. I reached the costumer care and provided all the details I had and they gave me a request number saying that my dues are settled. The customer care rep was Miss Reshma and the request number was 1-281492xxx . The problem didn’t settle there, I got numerous calls from the Lawyer and they kept on saying that I need to settle this due they will put a FIR and put me behind bars. Finally I had to succumb to the pressure and I made the payment on 20th May 2013
I want to teach TIKONA a lesson that they need to respect the consumer. Currently you can see numerous such cases being discussed online about the same threatening model of TIKONA. I hate to say this but Tikona doesnt believe in providing service but belives in making money by giving threatening calls. I would want a DEMERAGE of 1 lakhs for the trauma I underwent secondly hope this should teach Tikona a lesson.
