I had sent a package from New Delhi to Kolhapur .details are as follows: Date of sending; 17th may 2014 Saturday Service used: OVERNITE PRIORITY -NEXT DAY DELIVERY DATE promised it would reach : 19th may 2014 Monday CONSIGNEE NOTE NUMBER: 7556187494 The main reason for using this service was the utmoost urgent naure of my package reaching on monday only, for which the company charges extra than the normal courier for promising the customer and providing next day delivery. however the company did not deliver it on monday and TODAY ON TUESDAY as of now at the time of this complaint the package has not reached the destination. None of the phone nos. provided by the company website can be reached and a reply made yesterday via mail to them comes today asking for my destination address which has already been provided by me to the courier vendor and also on the package.

I definitely want my courier charges back along with the monetary damage done to me by their unprofessional service, which in total is Rs.5000/-
