Micromax Canvas – poor service and no response by centre

I had submitted my Micromax Canvas 2 (A110) in Sep 2013 for the repairing purpose. Till September I have visited 5 times to the service centre to collect my phone but every time they guys said that your phone is in company. Now you tell me that how much more time you need to give my repaired phone. Every time I need to take leave/half day from the Office to visit the service centre and they guys just refuse me. I am really very fed-up with the Micromax service. Till today I did not receive even a single call from the company/service centre. Only I received 2-3 messages at the time when I had submitted the phone. When I try to call on the phone number which is printed on the job sheet, no body never pick the call. I am in heavy loss (Approx. 100000/-) due to I don’t have phone with me. One more thing I would like to inform you that the codes which service centre people has filled in the Job Sheet are wrong. They have billed the Approx. 4200/- which is wrong. Now I want you to send me the correct repairing price & date of delivery of the phone. Kindly note that this is the last email which I am sending to you. Now I will send you the legal notice to your company & will post all my worst experience on the social networking sites & NEWS Channels. I will demand all my loss from your company.
