Make My Trip – delay in refund poor service

I had booked a bus ticket from Dharmshala to Delhi on 19th of March 2014. journey date was 20th April 2014, however due to some reasons i had to cancel the ticket. I called customer care service of Make My Trip on 20th of March 2014 to cancel the ticket. They took the request and informed that my money will be refunded. I did not get any mail or message regarding that. Since that day i have been calling customer care on regular basis about my money refund and i get only one answer that “this matter will be escalated to our seniors and action will be taken”. but no such action has been taken as of now neither my money is refunded. Its been more than one month kindly help regarding this. every time I call i have to explain the whole matter again and again to them.

It has been two months since i filed my first complaint on 19th March 2014. nothing has been done till now regarding that. i request to kindly look in to the matter.
