There was order that was placed online and the order was not delivered at all. The store calls up and say s that they cannot deliver the order but the credit card payment as already done. They don’t pick up the numbers and they dont respond. They don’t have customer support numbers as well. They don’t even care for the customers.

I want them to be severely penalized for the bad customer service. Very bad customer support.
