i have ordered a sony xperia m2 dual black mobile but received white instead. the bill is mentioning black but piece is white. on complaining to snapdeal from where i purchased a the phone on the very same day i received i.e on 14 may 2014 i have been assured of arranging a pick up of the piece and delivering the black one with in 7 days but even the pick is not arranged in these last 8 days. I want to cancel the order and want my money back since not getting any positive reply. I also want compensation of this lost time.
i want my money back also i want compensation since i paid them 12 days ago and notgot a solution.
