Vodafone – higher bill mistake done by company

complaint on mobile number 9645577xxx dear Sir/Madam i was an vodafone postpaid customer for mobile number 964557xxxx as per the plan given by vodafone i was using a paln of 1599 kerala high value plan my credit limit was 5500 but my bill for the month of march came to be 12,500. on activating 1599 plan the agent from vodafone jijo kerala told me that it is a plan on of unlimited net usage and after 8 gb 35 usage the spped will be low but no extra charges. but whwn the bill came it was almost 200% pf my credit limit,asper rule and regulations of vodafone the unbilled amount should not increase 120% of the crdit limit if so they will cal and inform for immidiate payement of sone ammount. but here they did not give any information and charged me 15,000 bill for the month of march. Even after i complaint to vodafone about this isssue there was no response from there side and they r asking for the full payement. kindly do the needful at the earliest. thanks and regards G SHIJO SEELAN

I need then to activate my sim back and do the needful in their inflatted bill.
