had ordered a mobile phone fro online website- ” FLIPKART.COM” on 12th of may,2014 iT WAS TO BE DELIVERED TO ME BY 17TH OF MAY, 2014. As It was a gift to my father on hs anniversary on 17th, It was absolutely necessary that it gets deliverd by 17th. But it did not reach me on 17th. So in the afternoon, I called them but they were not sure where my phone was. Kept telling me that it was with the parcel company. they were sorry for the delay and my product will reach within 48 hours. I t did not. It led me a lot of social embarrasement as I had promised my father a mobile phone. I could have bought it from the store or anywhere else…but this phone is not available anywhere in the store or any other website…. So it was absolutely necessary that i wait for it. But again on 19th they said that it will reach me by 21st…But it has not reached me yet and there are no chances that it will reach me by today.. So I am making an official complaint for my social embarrasement, mental trauma, breaking of trust and ruining my father’s birthday- very emotionally disrupting. They have promised that the delivery will be done by 17th of may on their web page, SMS sent to me from their side and on my email-id. If they hadn’t may be i would have bought another from somewhere else. I HAVE EMAIL AND SMS SENT TO ME. I want a compensation with apology from the website as it is their fault.
I want apology from flipkart.com i want my product ASAP. I WANT ECONOMIC COMPENSATION—IN TERMS OF MONEY
