My eBay claim id-486125 registred mail id of ebay-vimalagency @rediffmail.com name: praful chauhan i purchased a hard disk from ebay but it got lost by the courier company. so i have raised the claim in ebay guarantee and as per their terms and conditions they would refund it after 20 days.it been more than that.And every time i call they tell m that its in process and we will get back to you with in 48 hrs.

Item lost by courier company, not yet received the item. I want my money refunded to my account as ebay Guarantees the same on the products purchased on their platform. So far a very bad experience about ebay Guarantee in India.
