Asus Laptop Warranty Issue – My Review

I bought ASUS laptop in September,2013. I faced some problems related to wifi adaptor as well as little-bit screen-clarity. Somehow I managed it.Before some days when I opened my laptop, the screen was not working properly. I contacted asus customer care. They came to my home ans within fraction of seconds gave conclusion that it is Customer induced defect so can’t be considered under warranty. I didn’t do anything on pressure then how it is considered under customer induced defect. Also, I must say that there is not even a single scratch on screen. Here, I owe warranty. i contacted for the same multiple times. But there was no practice implemented to understand the case. I asked them to prove that the defect is done by me. If then can’t prove then I owe warranty. But no proofs received from their side. They can’t just say that it is customer induced defect until they prove it with some reasonable points. Please look at this issue and give me justice.

I want my laptop should be repaired under warranty as I owe warranty. They can’t deny it after selling their laptop.
