Jet Airways Ref No: BOM/JKQ/NS/230414/8390507. This is regarding the refund for Trip Id:1401236923 of Mumbai – Leh Return Trip ticket which was cancelled by the Jetlite Airlines. I was assured by Clear trip and the Airlines on several occasions that my complete refund will be given to me within 5 working days. It has been a long time and still they are not able to refund my full amount back against the cancellation of Trip Id:1401236923. THE TRIP WAS CANCELLED BY THE AIRLINES WITH AN ASSURANCE THAT I WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND WITHIN 5 WORKIND DAYS w.e.f. 3rd April 2014. NOW, CLEAR TRIP AND JET AIRWAYS ARE PLAYING BLAME GAME, FOR THE LAST 2 MONTHS and my full refund have still not processed.

Immediate refund in full with an additional compensation of Rs. 2,00000/- against mental torture for the last 2 months by Cleartrip and Jet Airways.
