I procured MTS device from Air Voice enterprises for 999rs with 9.8mbps 40 gb data ,it was activated on 11th may and it work only few hrs on that later its not yet worked and not getting speed what they promised(9.8mbps). Regular i am contacting MTS customer care but no one is responding ,they are asking hold line and after 20 min they are disconnecting with out resolution ..on 14th may i logged complaint with them complaint number is 4599. No one responding on it .Lot of work is pending due no internet connection.

I want to return that device and want collect my money back (999rs) .. I can use that service ,i saw how worst they are .
