Dish TV – Less Channels Provided – Review

Sir, I have purchased Zing Digital Disc TV product on 07/04/14 from Electro Trading Co.. Kanchrapara, North 24 Paraganas on 07/04/14. The product consists of one Antenna, one Set Top Box, one Remote control etc. the antenna was installed on 09/04/14. The viewing card no. is 01519607102. The seller of the shop told me that the Suvarambha pack/Starting pack consists of 140+ Channels and free service i.e installation. The starting pack will be free for one month and next month I have to recharge as per my choice of different pack. But after installation I found only 50 channels were viewing rest 90+ channels were not viewing. I have gone to the said shop of the seller he told me to write down the all 50 channels which are coming and 90 channels which were not coming. I have listed all and on the next day I havegont to the said shop and he told he will raise complaint and the complaint no will be SMS to my registered mobile no. 8296509649 but nothing happened and on asking the matter he told he has told to the customer care and told me to talk with the customer care but I have tried to talk but failed. Then I have done e-mail to the customer care stating my problems but no positive result I found then I have done SMS to 57575 and I got a phone call she told me to call the toll free no. 18601805757 but again I could not talk as someone was picking up my phone and after 4-5 second it was dropped and my account balance of mobile was reduced by Rs.1/- per minute. After some days I have received one phone call and the person told me to select 999 channel and keep it on for 30 minutes which I have done but no extra channels were found except earlier 50 channels. I have conveyed this message to the concerned person but he could not answer what to do to rectify my problem. On the other hand I was getting the message on the TV screen that my recharge is finished and I have to recharge on 03/05/14 , seeing this date I have mailed them stating my date of purchased was 07/04/14 and date of installation was 09/04/14 so my date of recharge will be after 07/05/14 then I found message that my recharge date is amended as 07/05/14, but my problem the company M/s Zing Disc TV could not watch my complaint and not rectified deliberately.

Prayer: 1. I intend to get the service to be done with 140+ channels as prescribed and if the company can not provide then product to be taken back by the said company with get back my amount of purchase Rs.1350/- 2. A suitable compensation to be given by the said company towards deficiency of service and negligence towards service and harassment towards myself and my family.
