I bought a Voltas 1.5 Ton 5 Star window AC from reliance digital store Euro park, Sahibabad Industrial area, Ghaziabad on 13/04/14 on my Wives name Ms. Samhita , local store executives suggested to buy “reconnect voltage stabiliser Rhstbg 1840-al” with the the said AC so i bought the same, it get installed on 16/04/14; Since last one month it is more than 9-12 times when I start the AC, this stabilizer does not pass current to AC & remains in same position for more than 8-9 hours , thereby making my purchase of AC completely useless, last times when I registred the complaint at reliance digital on phone the service person responded after 8 days .. meanwhile as stabilizer had started functioning automatically I denied him to visit anymore, as it was already useless to respond after 8 days of registering complaint, but again stabilizer has started doing the same every now & then so much so that AC remains without power every second or third day. Wanted the replacement of the defective stabilizer which once tripped does not function for next 8-9hours or does not even respond many a times. Stabilizer article(EAN) code is: 490911111 Serial number is: 1307001676 this machine comes up with two years of manufacturers warranty.

It was a very casual approach by division of India’s richest brand like Reliance, I simply want my problem to be resolved . Me & my wife both are working professionals we do not find much of time @home & when you spend huge amount of your savings to buy a costly appliance like AC , you simply want a little comfort at home, & we get a powerless AC in such a hot summer, I simply want apology & replacement , because pain that we have suffered in heat can not be reimbursed by even the richest of rich companies.
