I ordered a converse bag from stylemyway.com and the bag i received was duplicate and not original converse , also it was not proper in size to fit my laptop, so i asked them for a refund , they arranged a pick up for the bag and it was picked up on 6th may,2014. The Refund of the same has not been done and every time i call them they say the bag has not reached them , despite the fact that pick up was arranged by them.

The amount of Rs. 810 is not refunded, also i have been calling them every alternate day since past two weeks and i get the same reply everyday. I want the refund of entire money which was Rs.810 ,and Rs.5000 because everyday i call them up and i get weird replies which is highly unprofessional and unethical.
