I had purchased Xolo Q1000S through Flipkart.com on 7 December 2013. Only arrival of the phone I found the phone’s screen to be defective and got it replaced. The phone was working fine 20 days and after that it used to get switched off automatically, and had to charge it for 12-14 hours to switch it on. Finally it went dead in February sometime. I gave it to their service centre, they replaced the battery and returned it after 25 days after a lot of complaints and fight. It seemed the phone’s battery dried out. Even after that the phone was not functioning al right as the old complaint still persisted. Again it went completely dead on first week of May and resubmitted it to their service centre to Service Point, Jayanagar, Bangalore (authorized service centre for Xolo). Its been 15 days now and they are clueless on the status. Its been annoying as well as humiliating to call and ask for my phone’s status every now and then.
I would like to get my money back or get the phone replaced. Would also like to sue them for the mental, physical agony and trauma that i have undergone. Also I have had to keep switching phone every now and then whenever the phone used to go dead.
