Dear sir, We have purchased mobile from Suxus mobile for my mother as a Gift – Lenova A526 Mobile for Rs.8000. The mobile @ the time of opening had Scratch card pre pasted in screen. When i asked Mr. Prakash,sale manager he said, lenova mobile comes with a scratch card. After returning home, we found scratch card had too many Scratches on it. A new mobile scratch card will obviously have no scratches in it. Immediately i checked with Phone contents which did not mention scratch card by default. I spoke to Prakash on the same day, he said he will replace the same. Today when i went to replace the phone he asked me to take a DOA certificate from lenova service centre. He has asked me to come tomorrow to take DOA certificate & then he will think about replacing or changing the mobile. So far i have purchased 4 mobiles worth Rs. 30K from suxus mobiles alone, for such a loyal customer they have sold a Used mobile, also customer care was totally unpleasant. Even during my first mobile purchase with Suxus mobile, my Friend also had a similar experience, since Scratch card was there for the mobile he was planning to purchase, although interested in that mobile, had picked another mobile since he felt its an used mobile. I think “SUXUS MOBILES ARE SELLING USED MOBILES ALONG WITH NEW MOBILES IN THIER SHOP”. I became a prey to their malpractice. regards, Pothi. 9940681xxx

I want immediate action to replace my mobile which will be a solution a genuine customer would expect. Suxus mobiles need to service their customers with due respect & Please don’t cheat innocent public with used mobile phones.
