I would like to bring to your notice that I have been calling on Tikona’s customer care number for the last 7 days regarding the installation of my WiFi connection, last Sunday their executive had come to my place for the collection of the documents he had mentioned that he would be sending his engineer for the inspection and took my documents. I was provided by the reference no “4830429” and a persons mobile no 826600xxx but this person never picks up and also the person who has taken the documents he has also stopped picking up the phone his number is 827204xxxx. I have been calling the customer care for the last whole week and I have been given the feedback every time that the installation will take place in with 24 hours and they have escalated the matter to there seniors but no one has called up till now and if i ask your executive to transfer the call they put me on hold and then disconnect the call.
I request you to please look into the matter and strict action should be taken against the company and the respective people so no customer in future has to face same kind of problem
