Micromax – Poor Quality Service – Review

I bought my phone on 16th of march 2014. exactly after 45 days it got problem of touch pad not working submitted it to vaihno communications an authorised micromax’s servic centre in malviyanagar on 1st of may. they told me that they will fix it up within 2 or 3 days or maximum of one week. but today is 26. they have not fixed it yet.every time i called them they told to wait for 2 days and 2 time they have given me date to come and to collect phone but both the time i got betrayed. on reaching there i used to found there is no progress on my phone and felt like being harassed. due to their such behaviour i m feeling cheated and i think this is mental harassment of a customer. my friends makes fun of me that i m a looser i will not get phone back .this makes me depressed. service centre guy is saying we are trying but phone is not getting ok.i think this is bullshit cant they fix a phone even nearly in a month.

the phone costs me rs 16650 when i bought it. i want micromax or there service centre to provide me rs 50000 compensation or a new phone of the same worth and rs 25000 compensation
