Snapdeal.com – Laptops Poor Product Quality – Review

I have purchased 2-nos WIPRO and 1-nos Acer Gateway NE56R Laptop (2nd Gen PDC/ 2GB/ 500GBlaptops from online (snapdeal.com). But 1-no WIPRO Laptops is very slow Both WIPRO laptop’s configuration are same PDC (2nd gen). 1-nos wipro laptop and acer laptops are working very fast. I have complained to snapdeal.com that the laptop is very slow and they suggested to me get the check report from wipro with, if wipro found the laptop is slow, we will refund the same. WIPRO service engineer checked the laptop and decided it is slow (report scan copy is attached). I had sent the wipro report to snapdeal.com, but they are denied to refund the amount. I asked him in the report cleared written that the laptop is slow, but they are not listened my problem and denied to refund the money. I request them to, if you are not want to refund the money please arrange pickup the faulty laptop and place new order for 1-no “Acer Gateway NE56R Laptop (2nd Gen PDC/ 2GB/ 500GB”. I will pay the difference amount at the time of delivery. But they are denied to take return the faulty laptop.

I request you to please inform to snapdeal.com to don’t sell faulty products and if customer is facing problem solve the same immediately and do not work for money work honestly.
