It is being requested to me to change prepaid to post paid to my number and security money Rs250/-submitted to them on 12-June14 but the services get activated on 22-jun 14 which was promised to activate within 24 hrs and unwanted services are activated without my concern and after refusing to do that. Also a representative of this company start abusing to me while asking how to refund my money back.

I just want my money back as soon as possible also wants to fie a defamation case to this operator. Customer care executive saying it will be refunded after 1 month bill cycle. But I just don’t want to use their post paid services. I want my money back immediately. Pls help me.. Please
