Sir, I booked a ticket from vadodra to jaipur with PNR – 8445057615 and transaction ID – 0876334717 with date of journey 25/05/2014 and three out of four seats booked were not confirmed due to which passengers did not travelled in the train.I raised a TDR for the same and its been one month and still my TDR refund has not bee approved by the railway.Please help me in getting refund of my ticket for the seats which were not confirmed. I have tried following the customer care but they were helpless in this matter and I am not able to get the refund back.
