The shipment no 32938572225 is booked in my name on 16th Jun 2014 in my name. The address was Pradip Bera MB-415/1, Mohishbathan, Sec-V, Saltlake, Kolkata-700102, Landmark-Mohishbathan Chorok mela math. Till the shipment was not delivered. I have checked from their website the status is showing “Consignee’S Address Uncountable/Landmark Needed” . From 18th jun the same status is updating by them. boy. I have received many shipment by their courier service in the same address . But this time they never try for delivery to my address. If the address is really unallocated then they should call to my mobile no. But they never call. I have also connect to their customer service. But they also unable to help me.

I want please take proper action against such lazy courier service. And Deliver My shipment as soon as possible.
