actually i m phone is fell in water as it is a waterproof phone i thought nothing happens to it later with in 1 hr my phone stopped responding and water filled in it all the openings are closed when it is fell in water later i when to service centre and he took my phone said that unit is dead it won’t work you have to replace it i said to replace it but he says me to pay inr 28,500/- for replacing my phone with new one even it is in warranty period refused to pay and asked him to repair my mobile and give it back to me he refused and said your mobile series is non repairable series we cant repair it only way is you have to exchange and pay 28,500/- this company cheated me i bayed this mobile for 40,000/- and he ask me to pay 28,500/- again within 1 year is this fare ?? i demand a perfect solution for my phone ???? how can i spend thousands of rupees on my mobile
i want to replace that in a perfect working condition with out any charges actually this is not a problem of mine it is a probe of every user no one knows that there mobiles cant be repaired this company is cheating the consumer without saying them a major thing before buying and revealing it when a problem arises i need a serious action towards this and even need a solution for my mobile too
