i purchased a portable sauna bath from the website www.latestgadgets.co.in which was delivered on 12th may 2014 and had the order number 3249 it had a money back warranty of 60 days. from the very 1st day the product was absolutely dysfunctional so i called them to register my cash back request at first they did not register the request and disconnected the phone then after 10 days they gave me a complaint number M4518 but nothing happened then they gave me a complaint no 7321 and i was told that i will get my cash back within 10 days but 20 days have gone and nothing has happened and now they disconnect they phone when i tell them for cash back.

i want the product to be taken and my cash to be refunded as i was promised it under the warranty of 60 days.
