I’m using Idea postpaid connection – 955218xxx for last two and half years with “T830-Idea Houseful PLAN” monthly plan with 2 GB 3G data usage free plan. Now all of sudden I have received a message today, 23rd June mentioning that my monthly plan has been changed to “T1298-Idea Houseful plan TR” and also my data plan is changed to 1 GB GPRS usage. My complaint here is 1. Idea didn’t take any consent for changing the existing plan? 2. Tomorrow they will charge me any bill with these kinds of changes. 3. There is no channel where I can escalate this issue apart from the customer care number (12345) and ccare.mh@idea.adityabirla.com. Here I don’t get any satisfactory reply. 4. I want to launch a case as cheating and forgery against these cheaters.

I need my mobile plan to be changed to my earlier plan with compensation from Idea for causing a mental harassment.
