Hair straightener brand skyline price quoted as Rs.1990/- sold to me stating at a discount for Rs 900/- plus Rs 400/- registration charge whereas actual price is Rs 427.50/-.. On follow up i was told that wrong product was delivered to me and the correct product which is Philips worth Rs.1990/- will be delivered to me shortly. this went on for 2 months.. then on follow up i was asked to give my bank account number..so that they could transfer Rs 1300/- to my account.. which was not done till today.. documents in this regard is attached below.

Mr.Sandeep Sharma branch head of Stars sky shop, Azadpur has been continuously lying to me for philips product delivery..which he did not do till date and also promised to return my Rs 1300/- which was again not done..As a last resort I am writing in this forum seeking relief so that no other customer can be fooled by these people ever.. I have wasted my time for last two months in follow up and also my money in making telephone calls almost everyday to this company and Mr.Sandeep Sharma of Starssky shop Azadpur. This has caused me immense mental agony and harassment so I request your help.
