Sir,

I purchased a NOKIA E-63 mobile On 10/5/2010 just after 10-15 days it started restart after every call. I went to NOKIA CARE service center; they re-loaded the software and gave back still the problem continued then again next day I went they kept the handset for 2 days. Today they replied it will go to head office and cannot be repaired here it will take 10 days minimum.

Sir it’s only 20-25 days I have purchased phone with hard earned money. This is a kind of manufacturing defect by the company and this phone should be replaced .

Please see to this matter urgently.
