I purchased Blackberry mobile from Naaptol online shopping when i booked this order Order guy informed that it will get within 7-10 working days but i received this product within a week and this product working well condition..
I ported my number from Vodafone to airtel thinking that ill get satisfied services. I then activated my blackberry services on 31st October 2011 and up till yesterday that is 11th November 2011 it was all working fine. I purchased a NOKIA E-63 mobile On 10/5/2010 just after 10-15 days it started restart after every call. I went to NOKIA CARE service center; they re-loaded the software and gave back still the problem continued then again next day I went they kept the handset for 2 days. Today they replied it will go to head office and cannot be repaired here it will take 10 days minimum.
I HAVE PURCHASED N 70 MUSIC EDITION IN JUNE 2008. AFTER 2 MONTHS I HAVE PROBLEM OF BATTERY BACK UP, BATTERY REPLACED BY NOKIA CARE, AGAIN PROBLEM ARISED.4 TO 5 TIMES GIVEN TO NOKIA CARE GANDHIDHAM. faced a problem in Nokia 7210 from past few months, after repairing the handset it could not be ale to work properly. Now I got handset replaced but receiving same problem in new set also. The statement of Nokia Care executive is that every handset of this model no is having some problem. Now if its Co’s manufacturing fault then we should get our money back or a problem free mobile phone.
