Yet not received back Spy Pen from Naaptol.com, which was sent for replacement

had purchased a 4 GB spy pen from Naaptol.com. My order number was 43470. The Pen drive was faulty means not working properly so i had sent back to Naaptol.com and i got back within 15 days. But the second one also faulty and sent back to Naaptol.com on 4th Jan 2010 and then i could not received…i called 15 times to Naaptol customer care but they are not giving proper reply.
