I had purchased 2 handset from Flipkart Online ie Karbon A29, one for me and other as a gift to my colleague. Both of us used the handsets for hardly 2 months, when we started facing some network and software related issues. I submitted my handset to the Service Centre, they said that it was a motherboard issue which would be dealt in 45 days minimum. They took 3-4 months just to replace the motherboard. After replacing i started to face the same issue again to which i submitted the handset again. To this they responded after 2 months with a new Karbon A29. But the issue still remained the same. I had to again submit the handset to the Service Enter and they said that they would replace the mother board again instead of a replacement of new model.
My handset money back or a replacement from Karbon other than Karbon A29 but of same value
