Samsung Mobile – Problem from the day one – Review

I bought a new samsung galxy S4 phone on 27th march i had problem from the day one i took.the calls used to get dropped while i was speaking so after using it for 15 days i gave it for service they gave it back the next day saying the complaint is rectified and again i had the same issue and gave it back to them within three days they told that the board is changed and gave back the phone and again after i used it for three days same complaint persisted and i gave back the phone to them now they say that the phone is ready-made asked them what did they do i don’t get a clear reply so i haven’t collected the phone.

I want a new phone and action to be taken against Supreme Paradise for selling a default phone and not addressing my complaint thinking that their duty is over once the phone is sold and against the service centre Remodios cellular for hurting my sentiments by asking me what ever you want go and do we will never replace the phone.
