I booked this packers and movers on 13-06-2014 to shift from house no. 1126, sector-19, Faridabad to sector 53, Noida in Rs. 5000/-. Mr. Chander pal , marketing Executive came at home on 13th , took 500 Rupees advance and gave the receipt. Shifting date was 15-06-2014 morning. on 14th night at 10.30 pm, they called and told that they will come only if we pay 1500 rupees extra. we refused to pay the extra amount, so they did not come on 15th. now we are contacting daily for the advance but Mr. Chander pal is not picking the phone and the person at head office is saying that the money is with chander pal. They are delaying and not refunding the advance.

Refund 500 rupees + extra 1000 Rs/- plus call charges Plus compensation for mental inconvenience.
